New customers has to fill online registration form. We will call back to new customer and confirm regarding his registration.

Customer has to pay only 10 % to 25% advance at the time of placing the order . Balance amount has to pay before dispatching the material.
Note: Customer may also pay full order amount at the time of placing the order.

We have 2 payment methods.
1. direct in our bank account - Customer may transfer or deposit in our bank account. And he will submit deposit slip or UTR No. through our website.
2. Paytm - Customer may transfer through Paytm Payment Gateway . But customer has to pay Payment Gateway Charges extra.

Step 1 > At the time of placing order we take only 10 -25% advance amount.
Step 2 > After receiving order, we call back to customer regarding stock availablity & dispatch period time.
Step 3 > before dispatch our firm can modify the order through phone call . And the final order will reflect on website's " my order" tab.
Step 4 > Once order is ready for packing, we inform the customer regarding balance amount. And customer can pay it through our website.
step 5 > After order dispatch custmer can download Invoice , Bilty & transporter detail from the website's " my order" tab.

Product Packing - Each product packs in an individual corrugated box and filled by newspapers. Some of the Gold Silver Plated Statue packs in proper die cut thermocol box.
Master Packing - And these boxes are repacked in a Strong 5 ply corrugated Master Carton ( Size 2x2x3 feet).
Thermocol Filling - we use 0.75 inch thick thermocol sheets in all sides of master carton to reduce chances of breakage and damage of products.

Mostly used carton size is 2 X 2 X 3 (in feet). We charge approx Rs. 350/- per Carton.

In case if customer select delivery by transport or courier - Carton packing is must But if customer want to pick material from our factory - carton packing is optional

The pricing are subject to following terms :
1. The prices mentioned are FOB at our factory.
2. Transport Dropping, Transportation Charges would be extra.
3. GST will be charged extra as applicable Rates.
4. Master packing will be charged extra as per actual .
5. All clocks and other illuminations products are without battery.
6. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

For Small size items - packing charge is approx 5% and for big size items ( fountains, corner table etc. ) it can exceeds

3. Courier by Road Delivery
You can select any one option at the time of order booking as most suitable for you.
We will dispatch your order as your selection of shipment type.

1. Transport Delivery - suitable for outside customers (other than Delhi NCR) planning to order value exceeding Rs. 15000/-
2. Self Pick from factory- Suitable for customers who wants to pick material from our factory by his own vehicle
3. Courier by road Delivery - suitable for outside customers (other than Delhi Ncr) planning to order value below Rs. 15000/- & only 1or 2 carton

In case of Transport Delivery,
Step -1 > after order we will call the customer regarding suitable Transporter of customer nearby location.
Step -2 > We dispatch the material from our factory to transporter godown ( Transport Dropping Charges are extra)
Step -3 > Customer can download transporter detail & bilty from the website.
Step -4 > Customer has to collect the material from their transporter office after paying bilty charges.

Yes, door delivery is possible for some locations, ( customer can confirm it before order on phone call. )

Case 1 > if Bilty is on "to pay" basis- we will charge the freight till our city transport office . Transporter charges will be paid by client at the time of picking the material from transporter.
Case 2 > if Bilty is on "Paid" basis- we will charge the freight both for transport dropping & Transporter charges . And customer need not to pay any freight at the time of picking the material from transporter.

No freight charges are for self-pick from our factory. You can collect your order from our factory.

Minimum order value is Rs. 5000/ before GST. An Order below Rs. 5000/- is not acceptable by our company.

We do not charge any Order processing charge for order above Rs. 15000/-. But if order amount is between Rs. 5000/ to 15000/- , we charge an amount of Rs. 500/- towards order processing charge.

Production Cart are for those products, that are not ready in our stock. And for production cart order , normally we will take 7 to 15 days for ready to dispatch.

GST charges are extra and it will be added on total amount of order at applicable GST rates.

We take care of all type of packing supervisions at every level . but our material is breakable so in Transport there could be a 2-6 % breakage.

No, it is not returnable.

Our maximum products are refurnish-able. And you can got it repaired from our factory. Transportation cost has to be bear by customer.

Yes, Customer can cancel the order before dispatching but advance amount will not be refunded.

No, our company do not accept any type of return. So no refund.

NO, if you have GST registration then good otherwise Aadhar Card and PAN card is mandatory.

Normally we dispatch within 3 to 5 Days, After that Transporter takes 4-12 days for transportation.

Yes, If you want door delivery then you have to submit feedback request for door delivery from website's my order tab. Or you can call us.
Note: Normally Order will be delivered to the address of transport after that you have to collect your order from transporter.

Yes, As we are manufacturer so you can add products for production within few days we will ready your products and inform you for further process.
